On! Credule only sends its products to: Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. It will not be possible to carry out the purchase process through the Website to destinations other than those indicated.

The purchase of products on the Website is subject to payment of shipping costs, at the expense of the buyer.
Possible delays
On! Credule can not be held responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not directly attributable to On! Credule, fortuitous cases or force majeure.
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the User. On! Credule will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not occur as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond On! On! Credule guarantees the quality and good condition of the products it serves. In case of manufacturing defects or hidden defects not detected by our quality control department, the obligation of On! Credule is limited to the conditions stipulated in the "Returns" section and to the substitution of the products subject to the exclusivity of our collections, prioritizing said substitution by identical ones and in their absence by others of identical characteristics, always agreeing on the substitution with the client.
Shipping costs.
Actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will be able to review these costs before finalizing their purchase.
The detailed shipping costs include, in addition to the transport of the products, basic insurance as well as VAT.

One of the objectives of On! Credule has always been to provide a greater service to all its customers, both for the products and the treatment offered and above all we are interested in the degree of customer satisfaction with the service provided.
It is important that when the packages are received, the following points are taken into account:
1. Confirm that the number of packages you receive matches that indicated by the agency or transport.
2. Check that the packages that you deliver correspond to you.
3. Check that the packages you receive are in perfect condition.
4. If you notice any anomaly in the package delivered to you, you must write it down on the paper of the agency, or do not accept the package leaving a record in the agreement.
5. If you can NOT check it, please state in the receipt that you sign the text "PENDING TO REVIEW" reserving the right to claim within 1 day (24 hours) except for visible / obvious damages at the time of receipt .
The sheet of the agency that you sign is the receipt of everything. If the package has a blow and they have not left it written down, the agency is NOT responsible. On! Credule will do everything it can to solve it whenever and wherever possible.
Any incident that you have, communicate it in time, because On! Credule, only has 12 hours to be able to make the claim of the delivery that has been signed as correct, not being so, after this stipulated period, we can not make such a claim.

At the moment the agency verifies the incidence, On! Credule will proceed to send you the goods again without charge according to the stipulated conditions.
